We are a trained and professional team, who have many year’s experience, working in the area of domestic abuse. We know how hard it can be to leave an abusive relationship and the many obstacles that can be put in your way. We understand that making that decision is a huge and daunting step. Sometimes it is hard to acknowledge that your partner is abusive.

If you think you might be in an abusive relationship, we are here to answer any questions you may have. We are here to listen; we will not judge. If you are not ready to take the next step, that is ok. We can still support you and explain the options open to you so that you can make an informed decision on what you want to do, when you are ready.

Domestic abuse can take on many forms. Sometimes people think that domestic abuse is physical abuse only but it covers so much more. The effect of domestic abuse can be debilitating and leave you feeling powerless and unsure of yourself.

You do have the power in you to change that. We can help.

Those experiencing domestic abuse are often blamed by the abuser for having caused the abuse. This is a tactic used to control you and to make you take responsibility for their behaviour. It is not your responsibility to monitor and take responsibility for another’s behaviour.

Remember it is always their choice to be abusive!

If you are experiencing any form of domestic abuse, if you think you might be, but are unsure or if you are struggling in a relationship and are confused about the behaviour please do give us a call. If your worried about someone in an abusive relationship we can support you too.

Its free and non-judgemental and its someone to talk too about your situation.

We provide.
